Description

Bold, durable branding with a screen-printed transfer applied by heat press, in two colour across 2 positions. Plastisol prints your logo onto a transfer and heat-presses it to the headwear for a crisp, hard-wearing result.

Plastisol is a cost-effective, hard-wearing way to brand headwear at volume, with bold, opaque colour that lasts.

What’s included
  • Two-colour Plastisol in 2 positions: Your artwork applied in two colour across approved headwear positions.
  • Commercial application: Produced on commercial equipment with industry-standard inks for consistent, high-quality results.
  • Durable, vibrant finish: Excellent wash durability and colour retention, with bold, sharp reproduction.
What’s not included
  • Artwork setup: Artwork preparation and your design proof are covered by the Artwork Setup Fee. The Artwork Setup Fee applies once per order, not per logo or per colour, regardless of the number of garments or decoration methods selected. It is not charged again on repeat orders where the artwork and garment combination is unchanged.
  • Standard DTF setup: The Standard DTF Setup Fee applies, covering equipment setup.
  • Additional colours: This option covers two colour printing. Additional colours are quoted separately.
  • Additional positions: This option covers 2 positions. Further positions are quoted separately.
  • Speciality inks and effects: Metallic, fluorescent, puff, reflective and glow-in-the-dark inks may be quoted separately.
Minimum order

Plastisol requires a minimum of 20 items per design.

Returns

Setup fees and custom decoration are applied to your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange once production has started. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
