A $70 Artwork Setup Fee applies once per order, not per logo or per colour, regardless of the number of garments or decoration methods selected. It is not charged again on repeat orders where the artwork and garment combination is unchanged.

Decoration Volume Discounts

Order decoration in volume and the cost reduces automatically. Discounts apply to eligible decoration products, including applicable branding options such as embroidery, screen printing, Supacolour, sublimation and other approved decoration methods.

Your Questions, Answered

How durable is sublimation?

Sublimation dyes the design directly into the fabric, so it becomes part of the garment itself. It won't crack, peel or fade and lasts the life of the garment, even with repeated commercial and domestic washing.

Can you match my exact brand colours?

Yes. Sublimation produces vivid, full-colour results with excellent colour reproduction, including gradients and photographic detail. Colours are dyed into the fabric and are at their best on white or light polyester bases.

Is there a limit to how much detail you can sublimate?

Very little. Sublimation reproduces fine detail, gradients, photographic images and even all-over prints across the whole garment, making it the most flexible option for complex, full-colour designs.

Which garments and products can be sublimated?

Sublimation works only on polyester or poly-based, light-coloured fabrics, and our sublimated items are supplied as dedicated products with the design included. It isn't suitable for cotton or dark garments; for those, we recommend Supacolour Premium DTF or Standard DTF.

Will it look exactly like my logo?

Yes. Sublimation gives a faithful, full-colour reproduction of your design, including gradients and photographic detail, on a light polyester base. Our artwork team shows you a proof before we proceed.

Is there a setup fee for sublimated products?

No. Sublimated items are supplied as complete products with the artwork included in the price, so there's no separate artwork setup and no Artwork Setup Fee. Reorders reproduce your design identically.

Can I approve how my design will look before the full order is produced?

Yes. You'll receive a hi-res artwork proof (see Sample Artwork Proof) to approve before anything goes into production, so you can confirm the design, placement and colours. We don't proceed until you're happy.

Can you sublimate garments I supply myself?

We don't decorate customer-supplied garments, and sublimation in particular requires our own polyester products and process. Everything we supply comes from our own range, which keeps quality, sizing and colour consistent.
