Description

Standard DTF requires a one-off production setup before application begins. This fee covers preparing the equipment for a clean, accurate result.

What’s included
  • Equipment setup: Configuring and calibrating the transfer and press equipment for your job.
  • Pre-production check: A placement and quality check before the run begins.
What’s not included
  • Per-item decoration cost: The cost of decorating each item is charged separately, per piece.
  • Artwork preparation and proofing: Preparing your artwork and producing your design proof are covered by the Artwork Setup Fee, not this fee.

Charged once per order, not per position or per garment.

Returns

Setup fees and custom decoration are applied to your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange once production has started. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
