A $70 Artwork Setup Fee applies once per order, not per logo or per colour, regardless of the number of garments or decoration methods selected. It is not charged again on repeat orders where the artwork and garment combination is unchanged.

Decoration Volume Discounts

Order decoration in volume and the cost reduces automatically. Discounts apply to eligible decoration products, including applicable branding options such as embroidery, screen printing, Supacolour, sublimation and other approved decoration methods.

How durable is Standard DTF?

Standard DTF is a heat-applied transfer that bonds to the fabric and stands up to regular commercial and domestic washing without cracking or peeling. It's a tough, full-colour decoration for everyday workwear and uniforms.

Can you match my exact brand colours?

Standard DTF reproduces full-colour artwork and brand colours very well. For the most precise colour matching and the most premium finish, we recommend Supacolour Premium DTF.

Is there a limit to how much detail you can print?

Standard DTF handles full colour, gradients and a good level of fine detail. For the sharpest reproduction of very fine detail or large, complex artwork, Supacolour Premium DTF is the better choice.

Which garments and products can be decorated with Standard DTF?

It works across a wide range of fabrics and colours, including cotton, polyester and blends, and light or dark garments, so it suits most items in our range, from polos and tees to jackets and bags.

Will it look exactly like my logo?

Yes. Standard DTF gives a faithful, full-colour reproduction of your logo, including gradients and detail. Our artwork team shows you a proof before we proceed.

Once my logo is set up, do you reuse it for future orders?

Yes. Once your logo is prepared as a print-ready transfer, we keep it on record and reuse it for your future orders, so your branding stays identical every time you reorder ... and no Artwork Setup Fee applies for that configuration.

Can I approve how my logo will look before the full order is produced?

Yes. You'll receive a hi-res artwork proof (see Sample Artwork Proof) to approve before anything goes into production, so you can confirm the placement, size and colours. We don't proceed until you're happy.

Can you print on garments I supply myself?

We don't decorate customer-supplied garments. Everything we print comes from our own range, which keeps quality, sizing and colour consistent and means we stand behind the finished product end to end.
