See the fabric, check the fit, and confirm the colour before you commit your team to it. Order single samples straight from the website, and we'll have them moving the same day.

Rolling uniforms out across a team, or across every site, is a decision you want to get right once. A sample lets you check the things a screen can't show you: how the fabric sits, how it wears, how the colour reads in your environment, and how the sizing runs across your people.

Every sample we send is brand-new, plain stock, and despatched fast. You're checking the exact garment your team will wear, not a worn demo.

How it works

Step 1 - Order your samples: On any product page, choose "Sample only" and add single units. Samples are plain, undecorated stock, so no artwork or setup fees apply.

Step 2 - Check fit, fabric and colour: Try them on across your team, confirm the sizing, and lock in the colours and styles that work.

Step 3 - Place your order: Move to your full order or managed uniform programme, and we'll handle decoration, rollout, and replenishment from there.

Back the style, save on setup: Order 100 or more of a sampled style and we'll waive the $70 Artwork Setup Fee on your next order. Sample, confirm, commit. The saving's on us.

Keep your samples as a sizing set

Once you've ordered, hold onto the samples. A box of known sizes on-site makes onboarding faster: new starters try them on, pick their size, and you order right the first time. Fewer guesses, fewer returns, less admin.

Get the fit right the first time

The fastest path to the right uniform is sometimes not a sample at all. Every product page carries:

Detailed size charts: full measurements on every garment.

Product snapshots: fabric, weight, and fit detail at a glance.

Returning a sample

Samples are plain, undecorated stock, so they're covered by our standard undecorated returns terms:

Within 7 days of receiving them, repacked and retagged in brand-new condition.

Returned for store credit or exchange.

Return freight is at your cost.

A restocking fee applies: the greater of $20 or 10% of order value.
