A patch turns a cap into a statement. Made separately and applied to the headwear, patches carry your brand with a crafted, premium finish, and with two tiers and nine finishes to choose from, there's a patch to match the look, budget and durability you're after.

Standard patches: embroidered, chenille, woven, sublimated and leather engraved, the everyday premium finishes for team and retail headwear.
Premium patches: PVC, silicone, leather debossed and Metflex, elevated finishes for a distinctive, high-end look.

Executed correctly, every time

Once you order, our artwork team collects your logo through the Artwork Order Form, prepares your patch and confirms it on a proof before anything goes into production. We keep your setup on record and reproduce it identically on every reorder, so your branding stays consistent as your team grows.

What's the difference between standard and premium patches?

Standard patches are the everyday premium finishes: embroidery, chenille, woven, sublimated and leather engraved. Premium patches are the elevated tier: PVC, silicone, leather debossed and Metflex, for a distinctive, high-end look. The two tiers are priced differently, and our team will help you choose.

Which patch type should I choose?

It depends on the look, the budget and how much detail your logo carries. As a guide, sublimated holds full-colour and photographic detail, chenille gives a bold varsity look, and PVC, silicone, leather and Metflex sit at the premium end. Send us your logo and our artwork team will recommend the best fit.

How are patches attached to the cap?

Patches are made separately and applied to your headwear as part of production. Our team will confirm the right patch and application for the cap you choose.

What's the minimum order?

Patches have a minimum of 10 caps with the same patch. Our team can talk you through the options if you need fewer.

Once my logo is set up, do you reuse it for future orders?

Yes. Once your patch is set up for patch, we keep it on record and reuse it for your future orders, so your branding stays identical every time you reorder ... and no Artwork Setup Fee applies for that configuration.

Can I approve how my logo will look before the full order is produced?

Yes. After you order, our artwork team collects your logo through your Artwork Instructions and sends you a hi-res proof (see Sample Artwork Proof) to approve, so you can confirm the placement, size and finish. We don't proceed until you're happy.

Can you decorate headwear I supply myself?

We don't decorate customer-supplied headwear. Everything we decorate comes from our own range, which keeps quality, sizing and colour consistent and means we stand behind the finished product end to end. Our team will help you find the right cap or beanie for your team.
