1. Agreement
By accessing this website or placing an order with Boost Uniforms (ABN 36 694 284 181), you agree to these Terms. We may update them at any time.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where we state “no returns”, “final sale”, “fees apply” or similar, this is subject to your rights under law, including where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Orders & Changes
- Orders are confirmed once placed or paid.
- Changes (size, colour, quantities) are generally not possible after confirmation.
- If approved:
- Minimum $10 admin fee applies
- Processing time will increase
- Additions only possible before stock is committed or sent to production.
- Clearance/below-cost items will not be upgraded to full-price replacements.
Execution reality: lock orders early, avoid rework.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellation may not be possible once processing begins.
- Fees reflect actual costs incurred:
- Payment processing: from $2
- Stock transfers: from $10
- Artwork/mock-ups prepared:
- Text: from $25
- Logo embroidery: from $40
- Screen printing: from $50 per colour
- Custom/manufactured orders may not be cancellable once production capacity is booked.
- Artwork, digitising and setup fees are non-refundable (fee-for-service).
- No cancellation fees apply if we cannot fulfil your order.
- Orders already decorated or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
5. Artwork & Branding
- You warrant you have full rights to use any supplied artwork/logo.
- Boost Uniforms is not liable for copyright infringement.
Approvals
- Written approval required before production.
- You are responsible for checking spelling, placement, colour and sizing.
- If approval is not provided within 7–14 days (after reminders), we may proceed to meet delivery timelines.
Production realities
- Minor placement variance (approx. 2–5cm) is standard.
- Results vary by fabric type.
Fees & limits
- Setup/digitising fees apply depending on method and quantity.
- Embroidery: standard max 8 colours (more = extra cost).
- Screen printing: additional colours incur additional charges.
- Logos in different sizes/colours are treated as new setups.
- Edits after digitising incur additional fees.
Critical
- Once items enter production, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable (subject to ACL).
- Artwork created by Boost Uniforms cannot be reused externally without permission.
6. Samples
- Samples are paid products (no free samples).
- Returns (if approved within 7 days):
- Store credit only
- Less restocking fees (from $10+)
- Items must be unused, tagged, and in original condition.
- Return freight at customer cost.
7. Pricing & Payment
- All prices in AUD and include GST.
- Orders commence only after payment (unless on approved trading account).
- 30-day terms may be offered to approved customers.
- Title in goods remains with Boost Uniforms until paid in full.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Non-faulty items
- Exchange or store credit only
- Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to approval and restocking fees
Not eligible for return
- Decorated/branded goods
- Custom or made-to-order garments
- Clearance items
Exception: where required under ACL.
Faulty / not as described
- Notify within 7 days
- Return within 14 days for assessment
- Remedy provided in line with ACL (repair, replacement or refund)
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, tagged, and saleable
- Non-compliant returns may be rejected
9. Product Expectations (Commercial Reality)
- Colours vary across screens, batches, and materials
- Size tolerance: approx. 5% industry standard
- Natural fibres (e.g. cotton) may fade/shrink over time
- Care instructions must be followed
10. Production & Delivery
Indicative timeframes
- Standard orders: 1–4 weeks
- Branded orders: 2–4 weeks
- Custom manufacturing: 4–6+ weeks
Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier stock availability
- Artwork approvals
- Production capacity
Shipping:
- 2–7 business days after dispatch (Australia-wide)
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control, except where required by law.
11. Shipping & Risk
- Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses (may add 3–4 days).
- Authority to leave deliveries is at your risk.
- Tracking provided via courier systems.
12. Privacy & Data Use
We collect and use personal information to:
- Process orders and payments
- Arrange delivery via couriers/suppliers
- Communicate order updates
- Improve services
- Send marketing (opt-out anytime)
We do not sell personal data.
Data is handled securely using industry-standard encryption.
13. Security
We use secure servers and encryption technologies to protect your data. No system is risk-free, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
14. Accounts & Debt Recovery
- Overdue accounts may incur:
- 10% interest every 60 days
- Recovery and legal costs
- Accounts >100 days may be referred to collections
15. Liability & Disclaimer
- Information is provided in good faith but may change.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and materials remain the property of Boost Uniforms or its suppliers and must not be reproduced without permission.
17. GST
All prices are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST will be applied.
