Description

A premium, stitched-in finish that keeps your branding sharp through heavy, everyday wear. One standard logo embroidered at approximately 5 x 10cm: left chest, right chest, sleeve, yoke or another approved position to suit the garment.

Embroidery is our most durable decoration method and the standard choice for corporate, hospitality, healthcare and workwear uniforms.

What’s included
  • One embroidered logo: Your logo stitched within a standard area of approximately 5 x 10cm, in an approved garment position.
  • Commercial-machine stitching: Up to 15 thread colours per logo on commercial embroidery machines for consistent colour and a clean, professional result on every garment.
  • Approved placements: Left chest, right chest, sleeve, yoke and other approved garment positions.
What’s not included
  • Artwork setup: Digitising your logo into a stitch file and producing your proof is covered by the Artwork Setup Fee. A $70 Artwork Setup Fee applies once per order, not per logo or per colour, regardless of the number of garments or decoration methods selected. It is not charged again on repeat orders where the artwork and garment combination is unchanged.
  • Embroidery setup: A $50 Embroidery Setup Fee applies once per logo configuration, covering machine setup, hooping, threading, stabiliser and programming. A different logo configuration carries its own setup.
  • Extra logos or positions: Additional logos or positions are quoted separately, and each distinct logo carries its own embroidery setup.
  • Oversized artwork: Designs larger than the standard area may be quoted as a Large or Extra Large embroidery and are subject to artwork suitability.
Minimum order

Embroidery requires a minimum of 10 garments per logo configuration.

Returns

Setup fees and custom decoration are applied to your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange once production has started. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
