Description

Your logo and an individual name together, both stitched for a premium, hard-wearing finish. A standard logo at approximately 5 x 10cm plus one line of personalised name text, in approved positions.

What’s included
  • One embroidered logo: Your logo stitched within a standard area of approximately 5 x 10cm, in an approved garment position.
  • One line of embroidered text: A name or short text line stitched in a standard font and thread colour. Each garment can carry its own name under the one text configuration.
  • Commercial-machine stitching: Up to 15 thread colours per logo on commercial embroidery machines for consistent colour and a clean, professional result on every garment.
What’s not included
  • Artwork setup: Digitising your logo and producing your proof is covered by the Artwork Setup Fee. A $70 Artwork Setup Fee applies once per order, not per logo or per colour, regardless of the number of garments or decoration methods selected. It is not charged again on repeat orders where the artwork and garment combination is unchanged.
  • Embroidery setup: An Embroidery Setup Fee applies per configuration: the logo setup and the name-text setup are charged separately.
  • Extra logos or positions: Additional logos, text lines or positions are quoted separately.
  • Oversized artwork: Logos larger than the standard area may be quoted as a Large or Extra Large embroidery and are subject to artwork suitability.
Minimum order

Embroidery requires a minimum of 10 garments per logo configuration.

Returns

Setup fees and custom decoration are applied to your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange once production has started. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
