Description

Patches require a one-off production setup before they can be made and applied. This fee covers producing your custom patch and setting up for application.

What’s included
  • Patch production setup: Setting up production of your custom patch to your approved design.
  • Materials and sample: Materials and a production sample for quality control.
  • Application setup: Preparing for accurate, secure application to your headwear.
What’s not included
  • Per-item decoration cost: The cost of decorating each item is charged separately, per piece.
  • Artwork preparation and proofing: Preparing your artwork and producing your design proof are covered by the Artwork Setup Fee, not this fee.
Once per order

Charged once per order per patch design, not per garment.

Returns

Setup fees and custom decoration are applied to your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange once production has started. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.
