Important Information About Logos and Artwork
Minimum Order Quantities

Decorated orders are subject to the following minimum order quantities (MOQs):

  • Screen Print: 20 items with identical logos
  • All other decoration methods: 10 items with identical logos

MOQs exist because each logo or artwork application requires setup, production preparation and quality control.

MOQs apply per decoration method and per identical logo. Identical means the same artwork, the same colours, the same size and the same decoration method: a logo embroidered at Standard size and the same logo embroidered at Large size are two separate minimums. The MOQ item count is taken across your whole order and can be made up of any mix of garments (for example, polos, t-shirts and jackets together), provided each carries the same logo or artwork.

Headwear and other accessories are counted separately from garments, because the decoration typically requires specialised configuration (e.g. headwear embroidery requires specialised frames and hoops because standard flat hoops cannot conform to the curves, thick seams, and brim etc of headwear).

Orders that mix different logos, artwork versions or placements may require additional setup, revised pricing or different minimum quantities. If any adjustments are needed, our team will contact you to confirm before production begins.

Embroidery Sizing

Embroidery sizing and pricing are based on stitch count:

  • Standard Logo: up to 10,000 stitches
  • Large Logo: 10,001 to 16,000 stitches
  • Extra Large Logo: 16,001 to 20,000 stitches

If you are unsure, select Standard Logo, as most logos fall under 10,000 stitches. Our team will review your artwork after your order is placed and contact you if a larger size is required.

Processing Your Artwork

After placing your order, you complete your Artwork Instructions in My Account, and we email you the link as well. This is the essential step to ensure your logo or artwork is accurately prepared and applied to your garments.

Your Artwork Instructions let you:

  • Upload your logo / artwork files
  • Confirm positioning, sizing and any other preferences for your logo / artwork
  • Nominate garment allocations, names and sizing
  • Provide detailed branding instructions

If your artwork has not changed since a previous order, simply reply to the email to let us know, there is no need to complete a new form.

Once submitted, your artwork is professionally prepared and an artwork proof is issued for your approval before production begins (see: Sample Artwork Proof 1.3MB). If our team needs to clarify anything or flag adjustments or additional costs, we will contact you before proceeding.

    How do I add my logo or artwork to this garment?

    Use the Logo / artwork dropdown on this page to select your decoration method before adding to cart. If you're unsure which method suits your logo, click any of the "Find out more" links inside the dropdown, or see the decoration comparison page for a full breakdown.

    What are the minimum order quantities?

    No minimum for plain (undecorated) garments. Decorated orders have minimums that vary by method: 10 for embroidery, Supacolour, heat press and names and numbers; 20 for screen printing.

    Can I order a sample before committing to a full order?

    Yes. Add the item to your cart without selecting decoration to order a plain sample. Samples must be purchased. No refunds are issued, but you'll receive a credit note when stock is returned in original sellable condition. See the Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations page for details.

    Will I see a proof before production?

    Yes. For every decorated order, our artwork team produces a hi-res proof showing exactly how the finished garment will look. You approve it in writing before anything goes into production. See a Sample Artwork Proof.

    How long will delivery take?

    Plain orders ship from stock and are available for immediate delivery. Decorated orders require artwork setup, proofing, your approval and production, so timing is longer. Refer to the Delivery and Logistics page for typical timeframes.

    Does the price include GST?

    No. All prices on our website are quoted exclusive of GST. GST is added at checkout.

    Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

    Yes. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity of eligible items in your order. No discount code required. See the Volume Discounts page for the full breakdown.

    Can I return or exchange this item?

    Undecorated items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, provided they are in original sellable condition. Decorated items cannot be returned as they are made to order. Refer to the Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations page for full details.
